Al encargarme un dibujo, usted acepta a lo siguiente: / By commissioning me, you agree to the following:

• Me reservo el derecho a rechazar cualquier comisión.

• Las comisiones son solo archivos digitales, lo que significa que no se realizará ningún envío de bienes físicos.

• Los precios están indicados en USD y el pago se enviará a través de una factura de Paypal. Recibirá esta factura solo después de que me comunique con usted para confirmar su pedido.

• Si resides en Colombia, se cobrará en pesos colombianos y el proceso de pago se realizará por transacción bancaria o por Nequi.

• Se paga por adelantado, solo comenzaré a dibujar como esclavo una vez me hayan pagado (Negociable. Si la orden alcanza un precio muy alto, se podría pagar la mitad por adelantado y la otra mitad al finalizar el dibujo).

• Las comisiones son para uso personal, no deberán usarse para fines comerciales.

• Los trabajos comerciales, como mercancías o cualquier tipo de redistribución, deben ser discutidos previamente y tendrán un precio diferente según el uso al que se destine.

• Solo doy reembolsos antes de recibir el primer boceto de su comisión. Si acepta seguir con la orden tras ver el primer boceto NO SE PERMITIRÁN REEMBOLSOS a partir de ese punto.

• Si tiene una fecha límite para su comisión, por favor dígamelo al hacer su solicitud para que pueda tomarlo en consideración.

• Dependiendo de la fecha, especialmente si se trata de un pedido urgente, se puede incluir una tarifa adicional.

• No se le permite calcar, editar, revender o reclamar crédito sobre una comisión, a menos que se acuerde previamente.

• Es probable que suba la comisión finalizada a mis redes sociales, sin embargo, no siempre será el caso dependiendo del tipo de comisión (Especialmente si se trata de NSFW).

• Si se me encarga un dibujo NSFW, lo más seguro es que NO lo subiré a mis redes sociales. Es posible sin embargo que lo suba a mi cuenta alternativa (Escríbeme al interno para más información).

• Si deseas mantener una comisión privada o anónima y no deseas que la suba a redes, debes decírmelo.

• Tienes permitido subir las comisiones a tus redes. Si es así, agradecería el crédito hacia mí.​

• Commissions are digital files only, which means no shipment of physical goods will be made.

• The prices are indicated in USD and the payment will be sent through a Paypal invoice. You will receive this invoice only after I contact you to confirm your order.

• If you reside in Colombia, the commission will be charged in Colombian pesos and the payment process will be carried out by bank transaction or by Nequi.

• You must pay me in advance. I will only start drawing as a slave once I have been paid (Negotiable. If the order reaches a very high price, you could pay half in advance and the other half at the end of the drawing).

• Commissions are for personal use, not to be used for commercial purposes.

• Commercial works, such as merchandise or any type of redistribution, must be discussed in advance and will have a different price depending on the use to which it is intended.

• I only do refunds before you receive the first sketch of your commission. If you agree to proceed with the order after viewing the first sketch NO REFUNDS WILL BE ALLOWED beyond that point.

• If you have a deadline for your commission, please let me know so I can take it into consideration.

• Depending on the date, especially if it is a rush order, an additional fee may be included.

• You are not allowed to trace, edit, resell or claim credit on a commission, unless previously agreed upon.

• It is likely that I will upload the finished commission to my social media. However, this will not always be the case depending on the type of commission (Especially if it is NSFW).

• If I am commissioned an NSFW drawing, it is most likely that I will NOT upload it to my social media. I could however, post it on my alt account (DM me for more info).

• If you want to keep a commission private or anonymous and you don't want me to post it, you must let me know.

• You are welcome to post the commission to your social media. If so, I'd appreciate if you gave me credit!
